Inappropriate Job Posting

I was just asked to offer my input on a new job posting/description that's being developed at work.

Does this raise any red flags for anybody else?

Hand/eye coordination, dexterity, flexibility of movement, ability to stand, sit, squat with minimal difficulty...

It's going to sound odd without knowing what the job is, but they could certainly word it better.

It was just the first draft of a posting, so it hasn't gone out. At first I thought my coworkers were just messing with me, so I made a joke about the weird wording in the posting and nobody knew what I was talking about, so it's real. And the terrifying thing is that 90% of the time, when you write stuff like this, you just edit a prior posting, so I'm assuming this has gone out in past job listings.
