Additionally took and got rid of a gun in a dumpster but had ammo in the house.

He botched a murder coverup in every way possible.

wow, I just read some of this stuff on Bleacher Report. How dumb can he be? Ok, you destroy 6-8 hours of surveillance footage, but you leave the footage of you walking around with a gun saying "You can't trust nobody these days" At the very best, footage like that warrants questioning by the police.

The significance of the bubble gum wrappers is because he stopped at a convienence store on his way to the victims house to buy bubble gum and rolling papers. I believe they said it was cotton candy flavored gum.

I do. In order to get some of the details they did I think they have the other two people who were with him in their back pocket cooperating. His best (maybe only) shot is to try and pin it to one of them. If they're both saying he pulled the trigger he's toast.

They weren't necessarily with him when he disposed of it. Highly likely they were but the one intelligent thing he may have done is dispose of it where only he is aware of the details.

I find it both amusing and maddening that the prosecutor claims Hernandez orchestrated the execution of Lloyd.

Orchestrated is giving Hernandez an awful lot of credit. Let's run down the list of incredibly stupid moves he's made in this ordeal.

1. Kills the boyfriend of his girlfriend's sister (a person connected to him)

2. Dumps the body a mile away from his house (another connection, let's go talk to him)

3. Dumps the body in a rental car, rented in his name, which he leaves at the dump site with a shell casing and wad of gum left in it.

4. Hires a cleaning crew to scrub his house later that day.

5. Destroys his home security system.

6. Destroys his cell phone (which is doubly stupid because the cops can still get any info they wanted from the phone anyway)

Seriously, he'd be more likely to survive longer than 30 seconds in a tank with a great white while wearing a suit of chum, than he would be to avoid the police zeroing in on him in this case. A chimpanzee could plan out a murder better than this.

So much for innocent until proven guilty. I'm sure they have something more concrete on him that they aren't announcing, but everything so far is circumstantial.

Whether he's actually convicted or not, only a fool could look at this and honestly think he isn't guilty. There's circumstantial evidence, and then there's a MOUNTAIN of circumstantial evidence. Hernandez has managed to pile up even more than that against himself.

And for the record, he's innocent until proven guilty only in the eyes of the law. I'm free to have my own opinion on the matter. And I'd say it's pretty hard to believe he's anything but guilty at this point.
