Haven't been to gym since March. Would usually weigh myself there and take a look to see how awful my old senior citizen bod looked. Basically eye test, clothes fit test backed up by the pounds thing. Got weighed at doctor office the other day and was thinking, am I wearing that many clothes? Bought a scale, never owned one before, and see I gained 11 pounds since last December. Might not sound like much to you big guys but 11 pounds on a guy built like a 10K runner is quit a bit. It's the most I've ever weighed. Guess daily walkabouts aren't doing much and I've been stuck at home alone and eating too much evening food because bored as ****. Well, and drinks with that food so not a good combo. Going to have to make some changes here for remainder of winter and next spring since I probably won't be able to get back into gym till summer when vaccines are likely available to me and by than I'll be out biking again.
