All due respect but no one better ever bring up Hornacek again when talking about best ISU NBA players
Hali is on another level
Are there people still debating this?

Hopefully he will follow in the footsteps of Matt Thomas and Talen Horton Tucker to win the NBA championship .

Man, I forgot about that. I kept thinking it'd be awesome to see the first Cyclone to win an NBA Championship.

Just a reminder of all the riff raff drafted ahead of him.

Everybody would take him #2 behind Ant-Man now, but he'd have a few people thinking it over with these past few weeks.

Ball might still be 3rd or 4th actually.

THere's only about 7-8 really good players in the draft and 3 of them just killed the Knicks in a Pacers uniform.

Checked the score, saw them down double digits and went to bed. Pleasant surprise this morning seeing how it finished!

Yeah I thought Indiana seemed to be forcing things and didn't have it. They must have got some things going to pull it off.

Iirc the Knicks lost a late lead earlier in the playoffs to lose so the Pacers probably just knew if they hung around for just long enough they'd have a chance.

Really glad that Indy didn't choke after Tyrese made the Reggie Miller choke gesture.
I love Haliburton, but that was really cringey. He took about the worst shot possible, and got a really lucky bounce to make it, then did the choke sign because he thought it was a 3 for the win, not realizing they had only tied the game.

Big winners take big risks. In the end, he backed it up. You can focus on the negative or the positive.

I couldn’t believe he pulled back out to try a 3 when the higher percentage shot to send it to OT was right there, but when you can get an open 3 and a chance to win in regulation, analytics probably say take it. Just happened to have a toe on the line.

Agree.

I love Tyrese and his upbeat personality. He is such a great a great point guard to build a franchise around. I know he loves the trash talking part of the game and all, but I don't get why he felt the need to bust out the choke sign.

That said, I'm a huge Tyrese fan and he's the reason I've become an NBA fan again.
