I get around
We show up on the SC board because unlike ISU fans we get along with the fans of the teams we play. ISU fans make it impossible to like them even if you try and I've tried. Stick around here long enough and you wont like either.
You can't even spell "gohawks" correctly for your user name! :D

We get along just fine with a lot of other teams' fans as long as they aren't insufferable jerks. Unfortunately that eliminates about 90% of our TOE brethren.

Not exactly sure.

All 2-3 months is a long time. Most college teams can agree on one thing. Hawkeye fans are plain annoying.

I only know one Hawkeye fan, so it's a small sample size...:). One thing I did notice, however, he was a huge "Big10 Fan". This was back in the 80's, and it's before the whole conference allegiance scenario was a big deal (like it is nowadays with SEC fans). Our feathered friends at SC play up the whole SEC thing even if they're last in the conference. The average Clemson fan tends to eschew the conference deal (for various reasons)...

So far no sit outs on the Clemson side; any for the Cyclones?
Not so far. Hall is playing, which was really the only one that was in question. Maybe Kolar, but pretty sure he is playing too. ISU did lose some depth last week to the portal, so that may come into play. I guess the starting safety entered the portal, so that will hurt some.

What are everyone's thought's on the upcoming CFP matchups? I will be tough, but I wouldn't mind seeing Cincy beat Bama, and I want Michigan to beat Georgia. If the talking heads are correct, however, we'll see a Bama vs. Georgia final, and in that case I have to pull for Bama. But Bama vs. Michigan will be more interesting in my opinion; Bama I think now has beaten Georgia 8 times in a row and who wants to see #9 in a row? The Ga vs. Mich game is intriguing, and I think Ga will be doubting themselves, knowing Bama might be waiting, and Mich seems to have some momentum with them. In a Mich vs Bama duel I want both teams to lose....LOL.....

I think Cincinnati can beat Alabama. And I would love to see that. I think Georgia wins cuz it's not Alabama.

Harbaugh's a better coach than Kirby Smart, but who isn't..:)...? Ga dealing with first doubt issues and Michigan really pounded OSU; Micheegan's coach and MO propel Wolverines over UGAy in a close one...

I wonder who did. I remember visiting my older brother at ISU and going to a tailgate and game with him. They were saying it at their tailgate and this was probably 1979 or 80. I'm sure it wasn't new then either.

1980 it was a common saying Win or lose Cyclones booze. It was great to have a wine bota of whiskey and then buy stadium cups from the mix man.

I see you are here just to prove how well you get along.
