Started the season or was starting the last couple games before the bowl game. If we are doing starting the season, we would have had half our team out probably.

The context of this conversation I thought was how you all would have done in the ACC so I triedto answer. Going on how you did v us missing who you were v who we were missing now means you'd have done better? Maybe, just offering we were better/healthiest earlier as well....all teams are much different now than the start of the season.
Yeah, we know. You're an outlier, a lone sheep. Anti-team, so why do you, supposedly, back ISU team sports? Football is a congregation, in which each one is bound to the others, and yet you appear to have no interest in your ISU fan 'team.'

Why I wouldn’t use bowl games. You have to go off the regular season more. I haven’t seen any of Clemson other games so I can’t answer how Clemson would do. I was checking if you were doing apples to apples and comparing our regular season team to the ACC teams that you would have seen then. Bowl games are so up and down, outside of the playoffs, very few teams get revved up for them. Between the portals and the opt outs, bowls are more of an exhibition type thing.
Fyi...one team in the acc has done better than the entire big12 in the playoff era.

Why are you guys bothering to argue with someone we will likely never play against again? Just ignore them. Our conference had its two biggest programs poached and with the replacements will still be rated above the ACC. For a program that has won a couple national championships in recent history, and beat us tonight, it's hard to believe why they'd bother coming over here to defend "their honor"

Clemson deserves the respect you all get. Several other ACC teams were good 15-20 years ago. Seriously thou the last 5-10 years it’s Clemson and no one else.
