Gottlieb's ISU comments

Anyone who suggests Gottlieb has some bias against ISU needs to see his twitter today.
CBS (Parrish, Goodman, etc.) are doing their own lists of the 16 best CBB teams of all time. Parrish suggests that some of the best teams never won championships. Gottlieb chimes in: 2000 Iowa State team should be considered then.
Goodman then states championships should be a prerequisite to the list...

I suppose championships should be a pre-req.
If someone makes a list of best teams that didn't make the Final Four, ISU 99-00 has to be near the top. '92 Kentucky might have an edge.
I would not use that as an example. He has a vested interest in pointing out that team as he had to play against that team twice. It makes him look better to say that they were one of the best ever.
I still don't think he is biased against ISU, though.
