Haha. Turns out styrofoam rocks don't make good weapons. Who knew?

Marc Storace from Krokus could easily have been the front man for AC/DC after Bon’s death or for Brian Johnson.

William hung could have filled in for Ricky Martin right?

Motley Crue desperately needs a singer. ANYONE would be better than who they have now.

Axl did a decent job filling in for Brian Johnson.

Off topic, but the James Bond franchise needs to feature Muse on their next soundtrack.

I've been watching some recent GNR stuff.

I appreciate the effort but Axl is struggling to keep it going.

Eh- at that point they all needed a break from each other. A reunion would’ve happened in the early 80s.

Perhaps. And I enjoy all their solo careers. They weren't a spent force by then musically -- far from it -- even if their personalities and their personal lives were no longer compatible together.

But imagining taking the best ~half of songs from their solo albums, compiling them together, adding a little magic in the studio together... you've got at least a few more masterpieces in there.

Can you imagine the ticket prices for the stadium shows they would selling out all over the world if they were all still alive at this point?

After John Lennon left the Beatles, Eric Clapton should have joined to replace him.

Imagine the monster early 70s albums that would have yielded.

A lot of fans in 80s understandably wanted Beatles to tour with Julian Lennon because he had the singles out where his voice sounds identical to John.

George's son looks and sounds even MORE like his dad than Julian Lennon. Like they are clones.

John Bonham's son Jason is an incredible drummer and has played with Page and Plant separately but I don't think together.

Dhani Harrison opened for Jeff Lynne when I went to see "ELO" (really just Jeff Lynne but you know).

It was like a ghost had come to life to play for the crowd --

It would be HUGE. Almost as much as a reunion of Oingo Boingo. :jimlad:

Sammy Hagar could step in if Van Halen ever needs a vocalist.

<ducks>

As long as they don’t get that dude from extreme.
There was a host on a Sirius XM program that was going to flip a coin to determine which Van Halen song he was going to play. If it was heads he would play a song with David Lee Roth as the singer. If it was tails then it would be Sammy Hagar. If the coin landed on its edge it would be Gary Cherone.
