Don't know if I have a single music video that stands out as my favorite over time but Brad Paisley has made some really good ones over the years. Probably one of his funniest ones

Not my favorite or anything but I found this recently and it's "so Melvins". If you dig them you'll know they have some pretty weird videos. This is their cover of Kiss's Going Blind. Imagining Gene Simmons as this Orca...and also how they use the footage in forward and reverse is pretty fun.
I remember when that premiered, it was huge news building up to it.
The Replacements hated music videos. Just the idea of them, thought they were the stupidest thing in the world. Wrote about it in songs like Seen Your Video and a few others. They refused to make one for The Ledge, but the studio told them either make a video or the album is dead. So they set out to make the most boring, uneventful music video ever... being filmed sitting around in a hangar eating burgers and doing nothing.

After the series of “we ain’t gonna do video!” videos, when “Don’t Tell a Soul” came, ‘Mats got slightly more cooperative/stylized. Two examples (and I like both):
"I'll Be You" has the look of a “mainstream” video, but still has an element of “we still aren’t taking this seriously.” Band got to have it both ways.
In some respects, "Achin' to Be" is nearly as minimalist as the Bastards of Young phase, albeit more “artsy.”
This seemed fresh, weird (avant-garde) and fun at the time.

My daughter's favorite Beatles song. I have always found that video cringe-worthy.
It's not my favorite Beatles song. Not even top 20. But their best promo film (what they were called then).
An intriguing side-note to the promo videos for “Strawberry Fields” and “Penny Lane” — reactions from youth on “American Bandstand,” after seeing the videos for the first time, including the “new look” Beatles … Skip ahead in this segment, around 2:00 mark … doesn’t actually show the full videos, only the comments afterward (I couldn’t find full sequence). Not sure it is my favorite, but a really catchy song and fun video from a great artist.
And not even a video, but a funny story from a ****** week. This came on the radio Tuesday morning on my way into work and I started singing along and bopping my head to it in the car. I laughed with a friend wondering what people thought when I passed them (was I a fun-loving person living her best life or a crazy person talking to herself?). Then I went to YouTube to play the song and found this lyric video. I've always thought it went "If you want to be happy for the rest of your life never make a pretty girl your wife, so from my personal point of view get another girl to marry you". Turns out the words are "If you want to be happy for the rest of you life, never make a pretty girl your wife, so from personal point of view get an ugly girl to marry you". Then it goes on to say that an ugly girl will cook for you and won't give you trouble. I was going to be a little disturbed by that, but then I realized that an ugly man that cooked for me would be appealing, so who I am to judge?
