I drink way too much pop. I stopped for a while, but it's akin to stress eating for me. Makes me feel better even if it's bad for me.

Yeah, for me too. It's defiantly a weakness of mine, especially when I am at work. I probably do fast food anywhere from 1-3 times a week.
