Fire all the coaches.

The more I watch the more I want a clean start. All new staff. Won't happen because 10 years.

Man, it has been awhile since I have been really embarrassed to watch ISU football...oh wait, no it hasn't. We lost at home to UNI this year. Seriously, does CPR watch the same offense that we do?

When it comes to men that I love CPR ranks right behind my 3 boys, my dad and Fred.

That said if Mess is our OC next season I'm all for firing him.

Thing is firing everyone doesn't fix the lack of talent we have up front. Hire someone who can bring some big nasty uglies with them.

I mean, the coaches jobs are to recruit these players as well. We need way better recruiters, which in turn means new coaches.

I help coach youth football and we have only scored 12 points all season and gave up 140. I just fired myself after our last game of the season tonight. Yes, we lost 18-0. Good night!

I don't disagree. I don't care if we lose Lazard because of it... its time to start over on the offensive side.

You seem qualified for the ISU OC position.

I've drank 7 beers since the game has started.

Doesn't match Baylor ounce for point

Mess's resume:
Mess' top 2 coaching gigs (where he had his highest titles prior to becoming OC here at ISU):

Offensive Coordinator at Missouri State 1999-2002. Team records of 5-6, 5-6, 6-5, & 4-7 during those years.
1999 losses, the offense scored in each loss: 14, 49, 23, 17, 42, 21
2000 losses: 7, 13, 10, 13, 19, 0
2001 losses: 19, 20, 3, 7, 10
2002 losses: 24, 23, 7, 20, 20, 17, 24

Head coach at Upper Iowa 2003-2004. Records for each year, 1-9 and 2-8

After that, he was positional coach at Southern Miss for 3 years, then back to Missouri State (with Terry Allen) as special teams & receivers coach.

Still confounded how he got the position in the 1st place.
