Just here to talk sports. What are ISU's strengths this year? What went wrong against Iowa?

Got spanked by a far better team, was it not obvious? I prefer being 3-1 than 2-2 with a loss to Louisiana-Lafayette.

We come over here to enjoy some fellowship with you guys, and get completely bent out of shape. Shame on you.

If we are going to make this abortion of a football game an annual rivalry we have a lot of ground to make up, and fast.

Well, now you are really being mean. The scooter was a bad decision in retrospect. I mean sure, chicks love it, but there soooo dangerous.

Yeah, if only we had all the benefits of being located in Ames. K-state could be a real powerhouse if we had all the amenities that Ames, has to offer.

So like, question. Even though you know you're going to lose, do you still show up for games? I'm kind of conflicted about this. I feel like if I go, I may be helping the program to get better, but on the other hand, does it really make a difference? Any help with this topic of discussion would be greatly appreciated.

I believe we have a higher average attendance than you guys. I know we did last year. So yeah, I, like, guess we, like, do show up for the games.

If we only had a place to graze our sheep during the games, we could be as awesome as you.

KSU is the worst school in the Big 12, screwed up getting Garry Paterson as there head coach (thanks Keitzmann), have the one armed man from The Fugitive running there basketball program into the ground (not on any kids in the top 150 for next year) and an Athletic Program that is in schambles. They are just upset bc they know they will be the laughing stock of the Big 12 after they get beat by 40 in KC. Plus KSU has the homliest looking chicks in the world. I went down there for a game when I was in school and had two choices, go hogging or screw a cow. But then we decided we wouldn't really be able to tell the diffrence between them.
Also, it isn't a joke that KSU is the worst actual school in the Big 12. People from KC just laugh and make fun of it. We might not dominate sports (neither does KSU) but at least the academics at our school are respected.

That's incorrect. They closed the sheep lot to build a new alumni building, but then we ran out of money so they shut the project down. True story.

Let me be the first to say: wow, I expected more out of ISU fans. You guys need to remove whatever is causing your means of displeasure today, because this guy is 10x more congenial than most of the other "fans" I've seen spring up whenever we play their teams.

I've got family ties from all around the Big 12, and that include K-State. My grandpa often tells me stories of how bad KSU football was when he went to school... often makes me feel a little better about ISU losses.

Serious? I haven't seen an ISU fan in the flesh in KC when it's not the Big 12 tourney.

He's been pretty snide himself. There was another KSU fan who made a GREAT post in the "On to K-State" thread. Informed us of KSU strengths and weaknesses w/no underhanded/arrogant comments. Got nothing but compliments for it. I repped him, as I'm sure others have. We aren't just bulls seeing red.

This guy clearly has an attitude.

Listen, we're not exactly on a high horse here. We're bad at football this year. You guys are bad at football this year. What more is there to say?

The game is going to be hilarious. Plenty of running (so at least maybe it will be over sooner? Moral victory for the fans imo) and i'm sure a ton of turnovers. But hey, ag schools with bad football teams should befriend ag schools with bad football teams. I'm looking forward to this new rivalry with the clones!
