Jeddah news for the weekend. Looking more and more likely we'll see Hulkenberg in the Aston Martin again.


Does the driver that starts practice have to be in the car on race day? An unprepped Vettel can’t be any worse than Hulkenberg.

So the question would be where would they run a Las Vegas night race? Feels kinda pointless unless they can get at least part of it on the strip.

Gotta be on the strip or it's a waste. Hopefully there is a long straight down the strip, that would honestly be awesome.

I’m not 100% sure on the rules but I think he just has to run qualifying to race. Every team has to run a development driver in Q1 in a few races.

Yeah, you would think the current events may prevail but the FIA has never really been bothered by shady politics so..

Let's be honest all the FIA cares about is money. Why else would they even have a race in Jeddah? It's all because some circuit promised them an assload of cash and they agreed to let the sponsors there inflate their ego by having the most "corners" of any circuit and the "fastest" street circuit. Nothing more than an ego trip.
