That’s 4 games in a row with one sided officiating against ISU. Lucky to have a win out of it. There comes a time where a university official or T.J. needs to openly call them out. It’s getting ******* ridiculous. Take the fine and **** these Big 12 refs.
Can’t believe the refs are allowing wide open driving lanes to the rim and giving up offensive rebounds.
And these refs are missing an unbelievable amount of shots
Just be consistent … I dont care if it is good consistent or ****** consistent.
I get your pain, but my gosh we have like 35 turnovers against Texas tech this season and we are not even done with the 2nd game. We can't make shots and out of nearly 80 mins we went like 25 of them without scoring a single point.
we have 42 points with like 5 mins left. thats not going to cut it. much bigger issues than the refs. that being said, I feel your pain.

Refs haven’t been good but if you were going to start another thread F our shooting would have been better idea.

Like the one just showed where enaruna is hit on one arm by one guy and hit in the head by another but called clean? Like those missed shots?
Let me remind the reading comprehension impaired that this thread has nothing to do with making excuses or saying that the outcome of the game would have been different, it’s just a very simple three word sentence. Sorry if that’s difficult for you to understand.
I’m a big fan of Pollard and, so far, TJ but these guys need to do something. Getting real sick of us not having a chance in certain football and basketball games because you know the league will engineer the outcome they desire. If our leadership isn’t going to do anything about it then why should anybody else care?
I think this is one if my biggest issues with tj... He needs to ride the refs more.
Again, in college basketball, the refs are not part of a conference like they are in football. They officiate in just about every conference.
Yeah - with the way we are shooting, I don't think we would have won anyway. But the inconsistent calls are what blows my mind. TTU can literally mug us, smash into and grab our players and very little is called. We touch TTU & a whistle is blown against us. It is why we have 3 players who have fouled out & if anyone doesn't think that influenced the game - I don't know what to tell them. The reffing job is indefensible & I'm not even sure an AVERAGE night of shooting by us could overcome the egregious nature of this. The reffing job at KU was significantly better than what this officiating crew has screwed us with tonight! Oh well on to the next one!
I'm not saying the refs lost us the game. I'm not saying they didn't. But when all of our bigs are given multiple ridiculous foul calls, it absolutely does change the game. There were several drives of ours where we were hip checked and hit on the arm/chest/face, and there was no call. That obviously is going to change how we attack the offense, and it definitely did tonight. Who wants to take shots to the face with zero confidence you'll get a foul call?
Losing by 20, getting gutted in the paint and can’t hit a shot. But yeah, refs……
The refs could be throwing the game for us and we would still be losing tonight.
