shrapnel wounds? They were too ******* stupid to get away from their own bomb? Or were they a failed suicide bomber?

There is absolutely no way they were a true suicide bomber with the size of those explosions. Someone wearing a bookbag or carrying that would've been blown up.

it's the NY Post. They're also reporting numbers of dead and wounded that are way higher than being reported anywhere else. They're basically a tabloid.

And that was some of the most irresponsible reporting I've ever seen. Making it all about NY, all sorts of conjecture. I'd wait until someone else reports it.

I just read the shrapnel report here from a couple people. I'd hope the person(s) are caught, but that seemed odd.

Now the "unrelated" fire at JFK library is being reported as another bomb.

Just heard from a friend that there was some runners from the Iowa State women's track team that ran the marathon. Reported that they finished quite a bit ahead of the explosion.

NY Post is trash... Take it from a former new yorker... It's all about sensationalization. Also the only paper to post the image of the guy that was pushed into the subway tracks trying to get out, moments before he got hit. They have no morals. Page 6 is a disaster.

Makes the des moines register look like a top notch publication.

There were some sort of weird unnecessary jabs at Boston in there, like a terrorist can't make a point if they target anywhere but NYC. Just odd, and maybe a little offensive? I can see writing that article on Wednesday or Thursday, but not while emergency people are still working the scene.

That makes me feel ill. I knew they did some sensationalism, but that's deplorable. Why would you print that?
