She should be fired. As others have said, you can be upset, express disagreement, threaten to take legal action, actually take legal action, etc.... but personal attacks like belittling her teeth, education, weight shows she is a sad person.
Think of it this way: what if this was the CEO of a fortune 500 company who makes millions (picture stodgy old guy) caught on video, and the board of directors chose to fire him for bringing such terrible publicity to the company? That kind of behavior would no doubt impact their business... I doubt anyone would say the firing was unjustified.

Sorry I can't see here face due to the glare coming off here over-whitened teeth! It would have been awesome to see the tow gal kick her butt there was some sort of physical confrontation aka Lizard Lick Towing!! ESPN should can the gal! What an arrogant little piece of work! She ranks up their with those stupid AT&T commercials about "Sorry but were rich".
