She should know better, but you know what, she's not the first person to go off on a tow company, and wont be the last. One of the scummiest businesses there is.

True, where it got bad IMO is when she started attacking her personally (her looks, teeth, etc.)

Had no clue who she was until I saw this. She wasn't as famous as she thought but she is now for all the wrong reasons. Amazing how some people can treat another person. Even if I was having the ultimate **** day I would feel terrible if I took it to 10% of what she did. Generic apologies won't help you with something like this. When you go off that hard, it seems like less of a one time slip up and more a sign of who you really are. As far as her looks go, nobody is hot enough to pull off that much bitchiness.
