Congrats to Drake. Easily the better team tonight.

Big non-congrats to Dolph Pulliam. Easily the worst announcer I've ever heard. Even if I was a Drake fan I think it'd be hard to listen to him because if all you're hearing is radio, you'd think Drake is getting screwed on offense and defense every time up the court. It'd be hard to know when Drake is really getting screwed and when Dolph is just going off.

You obviously didn't hear Adam Emmenecker.

There is NO way Emmenecker was worse than Pulliam. I am willing to wager whatever I have left for credits after losing near all of mine. NO WAY.

Pulliam was a gem to listen to.

Worst announcer I've ever heard.
That almost ****** me off more than the game.

First half I was getting annoyed it was so bad. By the second half I was laughing about how extreme he was that the refs were costing Drake the game. Every single play was a hose job by the refs against Drake. How many times did he bring up that Scotty was palming the ball? 47?

Pure disaster.

I listened to both Dolph and Emmenecker, and Dolph made me want to take a bat to my computer:mad:

Winner! Dolph has to take the cake right? Can anybody else verify?

From the moans and groans on missed Drake shots and fouls, to the yells and cheers on made Drake shots, to pronouncing Ejim's name differently every time, to making incorrect calls, to talking about Scotty palming the ball 25 times, to insanely stupid commentary (e.g. Cotlar: "(player) isn't even looking at the basket." Dolph: "Well, he should be.")...nobody is a bigger hack than Dolph Pulliam.

Not was Dolph the Homer of all Homers, but I don't know how many times I heard

EEE-Jim and Pay-lo.

Throw in a few midnight howls, and "NO, NO, NO" calls, or "beautiful defense again by drake against Royce White...how many fouls have they racked up against him now? Oh, that's his first..." and it became a show. If Gus Johnson was a pure homer, he could give Gus Johnson a run for his money if you could get Gus Johnson to be clueless about the other team.

They were both bad, worse than the refs calling the game, worse than our free throw shooting.

I don't know how you let people who are obviously biased do the commentary. Emmenecker is a great guy, I'm sure, but he sounded so ridiculously over the top biased at points, it was just silly. It's fine if it's on a Drake radio network (much like Walters or Gary Dolphin), but when it's a regional broadcast, it's not acceptable.
