It's definitely not helping his case when there's missed tackles and awful pursuits almost every play this game. Boggles my mind how awful the defense has been since the OSU game.

Wally Burnham is a great coach. His resume for the past 40 years speaks for itself.

With that said, it might be time for him to retire. A new staff has provided a little spark in the offense, maybe it will for the defense. Still, we need better players on defense. We don't have Big 12 quality DL or LB's.

Our linebackers this year have been terrible, and yes Miller going down hurt, but come on that speaks volumes. It's time to retire just too bad to go out with a year like this. For God's sake, we've only covered the QB run once all game.

I remember watching Miller during the Liberty Bowl with my jaw dropped because I couldn't believe that was the future of ISU linebackers.

Kind of sad he's now the leader of our defense and hasn't had a massive amount of improvement since that game.

To have 3 different guys bust 100 yards on your d is pretty much the d either not giving a damn at all or we have middle school talent. It's hard to tell which it is today.
