I have mediacom fast internet and have Cyclonetv as a channel on my TV package, its pathetic and freezes out, its been getting worse the last week. I don't know if its mediacom or Cyclonetv, but all other channels work fine, So I think the issue lies with cyclonetv. Anyone having crappy signal reception on cyclonetv?
I think it's 69-2. It is in the hotel I'm at anyway.Anyone know what channel is Cyclones TV on mediacom in the DSM area with a digital-ready TV? The guide says 68-2 but when I autoprogram it never picks up that channel as even existing.
When I click on "watch" I get a black screen. Is that right?
Thanks! I tried using a different laptop and now things are A-OK. I think it was the ad-blocker on the first laptop. No, it should be something. Right now (online) it's showing the opening of the UNI game from 2 or 3 years ago.

Sorry for the harshness here, but my younger sister, who knows pretty close to nothing, ordered this morning and had the live stream up and going...on a TV...in less than 10 minutes. For those having issues, if she can figure it out, I really think all problems are user error.

So you disagreed, made a suggestion that "it has to be something", the other poster believes an ad blocker was causing issues, switched laptops and is now good to go.
That's not CTV's problem, is it?
I'm not saying it's perfect, but most issues, I would wager, are on the user's end.
To be clear, I'm not trying to be combative here at all. I want everyone to be able to watch, whether in the stands or on our online platform. I just wish some would wait before passing judgement on said online platform, especially if it's their equipment's issue.
At first you said "all problems" are user error, that's why I disagreed.
I'm technologically challenged so when told that I should be seeing "something" that made me think it was my problem and so I switched laptops and voila! I just appreciate the help and am not embarrassed to admit user error. At first you said "all problems" are user error, that's why I disagreed.
If the issues were primarily user error, there wouldn't have been so many subscription refunds after last year's game.So you disagreed, made a suggestion that "it has to be something", the other poster believes an ad blocker was causing issues, switched laptops and is now good to go.

Got Cyclones.tv from the laptop connected to one tv and my phone mirroring to the smart tv. Let's go state!
Try 165: https://mediacomtoday-lineup.com/lineup/76/altoona_ankeny_bondurant_carlisle_clive_des_m.aspxThanks, but that's not showing up. Anyone else have suggestions? I've tried 59-2, 68-2, 69-2 ... none work. PS: all other cable channels are coming in. It was fine on the same TV last year.
