Corn vs Flour tortillas

When I lived in California I was told only people who look like me prefer flour over corn.

That's funny, and also what I expected.

I prefer corn on a good fish taco, which SoCal is pretty tough to beat. Anything else - flour.

Any Taco is a good taco. The shell makes it better but if you can get your hands on a taco, eat it and don't complain

My wife is Hispanic and I've learned the art of the corn tortilla over the last few years. My take is most authentic dishes are far superior with corn if she slightly fry's them. If she's gonna warm them up on the stove top without oil, please pass me the flour tortillas.
