He doesn’t have a commitable offer to Michigan and he loved ISU. You’re right though, you never know.
I wonder if maybe we still have a chance with Mario, and part of the reason we never saw the Thomas announcement that we anticipated yesterday.
Don’t over complicate things. No inside info, but pretty sure we’d take both if they wanted to come.
Oh no I totally understand that we would take them both, but is Thomas less likely to pick isu if Mario commits?
2 million+ and averages 66 new people a day. OSU is 66K+ for undergrad, but they have increased their admission standards and it's definitely getting smaller.
Like even though they have an offer, they couldn’t commit. This is case of Michigan landing guys higher on their board than Thomas.
They’re talking about Tawfiq Thomas, not R Mason Thomas. I’m assuming that’s where the confusion lies.

Most of the time it means they have another recruit in line ahead of you, if that kid goes elsewhere, your offer becomes committable. If that recruit signs, you move along.

If you want to be that way about it…it’s a long way until Signing Day in December.
In the meantime, I think we’re going to be more than fine if we land both Ikenna Ezeogu and R Mason Thomas.

We can play the long game with him I suppose. But I am happy with the guy we got today and potentially Mason Thomas too. They just both seem more raw. But you never know what can happen over the next year.
