Maybe winning the Big 10 West wasn't the best thing to happen after all. Completely exposed. Completely embarrassed on a national stage. And probably sends them to a 4 loss season instead of 3. Love it.

Eh I wouldn't say they deserve the 1 any more than Bama. Bama just plastered the perceived and consensus top team by a wide margin, according to anyone out there before today. They also beat up on Ole Miss who is in the top-10. Both have a loss where they blew it against a team they were controlling and should have won against.

I think Michigan maybe just had less close wins, I dunno. I thought Bama was toast at Auburn and FL.

When you have seen the way they have been catching breaks all year long a lot of us were expecting 4-5 turnovers, a couple pick sixes by Iowa. Not so much!
we know their offense is terrible. it has been all year.

No I think you can make a case for either honestly and I wouldn't be mad at either getting the 1. I guess for me when virtually all is equal, which it is. Who has the best win? Bama wins that argument all day, and how they did it. They did what nobody has been able to do to Georgia, especially on offense against that defense.

And yeah Bama has looked shaky in a few games, but in the end they won. And you get $100k to put on one team to win the national title at this moment right now. Who you picking? Michigan or Bama?
