*** CFB Championship Week Games Thread***

USC is struggling. Caleb Williams is limping bad. Not sure if they will be able to pull this out.

Anyone else getting the feeling that the Utes are going to win this?
Even if they don't this USC team will get splattered by whoever they play in the CFP. Zero physicality.

Buckeyes are qeueing up "Back Door Man" right about now.

Agree. Utah is way too disciplined for him to be down to just a passing threat. He's a great traditional QB, but he's not planting his feet right either this half and passes seem to be a foot or two off right now. Him being one dimensional is really bad news for USC.

Maybe. It's not like I think they don't have any talent but I think they get the most of it too. I think they're a rare team in today's era that if they ever made it to the playoffs they could matchup with the best teams and not get blown out which is usually what playoffs give us. They aren't same team in September though is their Achilles
Remind me a little of 2021 Cincinnati.

They want us to believe USC is a playoff team?

Their QB being hurt isn't helping.

Who else is a playoff team? OSU? Smoked at home last week. Bama? 2 losses and didn't have an impressive win.

OSU will get in if USC loses and they will get destroyed by Georgia. So what difference does it make?

I love how fast they're coming back with these review calls.
Are they even pretending to review on the field? Haven't seen them go to the monitor. If not, that could be a big factor. It should always have been that the booth reviews and calls down the judgement rather than the waste of time for the pageantry of pulling out a 3" hooded View-Master.
