I've got a bone to pick with their marketing, anyone who's gonna buy that coat, is NOT going to drink from that mug.

Well not with the protective film still on the straw. They could’ve at least removed that.

But I don’t think the traditional Carhartt wearer is going to pay to get that logo on their coat. You wear a Carhartt because you’re going to be doing work and that jacket is going to get dirty. You get the logo on your nice coat.

Plenty of people wear Carhartt and do zero manual labor in them, just like a lot of Jeep Rubicon owners have never had their Jeep on anything but pavement.

Hey now... I have my "good" Carhartt that I keep clean and wear nicer places. Then I have my assortment of other Carhartt and knockoffs that I wear for everything else. Can't be having blood and oil on my coat at a fancy restaurant you know.

Fair enough. Point is its not all about utility when you wear them.

well I keep the soft shell Columbia for the nicer events. the Carhartts are for football games or working.
