Iowa State has been getting disrepected for decades. ISU has just as much, if not more, incentive to win as Utah.
Here's the opportunity. If I were an ISU player, I would get tired of the doubters and would want to shut them up.
Utah, while a good team, is not scary or intimidatingly good.
Texas Tech made me feel good... but KSU getting absolutely stomped last night made me feel worse about our team. Anything could happen, but I'm going to go 28-20 Utah.
I am going to have to go against the trendy pick here.

I think we keep it close for a half, but ultimately run out of gas late in the game as Utah's athleticism on offense takes control.

I thought we might get rolled by TT, but was thankfully wrong. Utah is a much better team than TT and we still had to fight and claw to pull that out.
A win would be a huge upset and can happen if we play perfect football and Utah has a couple costly missteps.
My heart says we'll win tomorrow, but my head says Utah 42, Good Guys 28.

Love it, as long as coach had pancakes Tuesday right. I'm also keeping my prediction from last week, I think we can win, but it's gonna be a tough game.

why just because i dont think we are going to win doesnt mean I wont be cheering by *** off, i thought you stopped being an Iowa State fan after basketball season last year?
Where is Utah better than TTU? Maybe on defense? But their opponents have been horrible. Look at Taylor Potts numbers compared to their qbs. Their rbs look good, but have rushed for very little. They make their points on special teams. I believe 21 points against San Jose State came on special teams. Their dline may be good, but so was TTU's we just wore them down as the game went on.
