Average? There must be some pretty good talent on that team since they have averaged 9 wins per year for the past 5 seasons. That talent didn't just disappear when Mike Leach got canned.
I look for Shontrell to pick up where he left off last week. The running game IMO will not be the issue. Arnaud MUST play as well as he did last week or better for us to win this game as the Utes have a much stronger secondary than TT.
If we control the clock and commit no turnovers it will be close.

The majority are picking Utah which is fine. I just don't understand how fans can expect the team to have a backbone and fight through adversity when some on here are showing they don't have one either. Interesting.
As much as I want to pick ISU in this game, I just can't see Arnaud playing as well as he did last week, which is essential if we want to win. That being said, I still think this is a close, high scoring game. Clones hang around for the most part, but Utah's defense and athleticism are too much for ISU in the end....hope I'm wrong!

Well before the Tech game I was told that predicting an ISU win was unrealistic and showed little football knowledge. Like I said then, I am a believer in CPR! He has given me no reason to pick against the Clones.
Besides, none of these predictions mean squat, so I prefer to be optomistic.
I love my Clones, and I'll be cheering like hell, but rational thought expects...

Hence the crazy part of your moniker. One, Kyle will never run up the score on an opponent he respects, two I think the game will be a lot closer.
He never claimed to drop ISU, just to quit spending his time posting and following a pathetic GMAC basketball team until we got a new coach. As far as I understood football and GMAC were independent of each other and now that we have a good coach I expect to see him post in basketball threads also.
And I agree completely with him on the fact that there are always way more negative nancies on this board then optimists.

This +1. My hopes that there are alot of actually optimistic Clones on here, but they'd rather act pessimistic as to not let the boys get too big of heads. Atleast my hope anyway, otherwise why even cheer. They are probably the ones sitting on their hands all game too. Make JTS LOUD, and Go Clones!
