This. I’m honestly shocked they haven’t called it. Nobody is asking for this game to continue. Figure out the details later.
Well ultimately it's up to the players. If they refuse to take the field there won't be a game, and I doubt there would be any repercussions because it would be a terrible look.I never realized that it was the league office who got to decide whether to call the game. I would have thought that the coaches and officials could make that decision
I don't think ESPN ever showed them administering CPR did they? If that's the case, I'm really glad they didn't. It was very tasteless the way that the euro broadcast showed people administering CPR to Erikson.
Also, I feel bad for the espn crew and announcers. They don't have any updates, they have nothing to say, just show something else and come back when you have an update.
Just crazy..Extremely rare as it is and odds of being hit at time of QT interval being in a specific rythym during the impact is crazy low odds.Yeah that almost confirms it’s CC, could have been something really weird but having to use the AED makes it more likely. Without an AED present or immediate CPR there is close to a 70% fatality rate.
Even if you are right in your made-from-TV medical analysis, you are a quite the know-it-all. I wasn't going to say anything until you made this comment. It’s very very rare but it almost always involves athletes.
Love that the guy who called me a ******* know it all deleted his post
They didn't show anything after a replay of him getting up and then falling back down. Just way zoomed out shot of the field.I don't think ESPN ever showed them administering CPR did they? If that's the case, I'm really glad they didn't. It was very tasteless the way that the euro broadcast showed people administering CPR to Erikson.

Think booger McFarland.Who is the ex player on this roundtable? I don't recognize him.
This isn’t a rec league. It’s a multi billion dollar business. Of course the league office had to make the final call.I never realized that it was the league office who got to decide whether to call the game. I would have thought that the coaches and officials could make that decision

NFL management not looking good on how they are handling this!!He made a tackle and then he stood up but immediately fell straight back. Had to be administered CPR on the field and taken away by ambulance. Never seen anything like it before.
I guess I'm not sure why anyone is even hung up on whether the game will continue, I'm staying tuned to hear if there are any updates on Hamlin. Getting p*ssed over whether the game has or hasn't been called is just weird, obviously they're not playing this out tonight. I just want to see if this crew gets any updates on him.
