I'm sure his teammates were giving him the hard sell. Hopefully he's "into" it and isn't just gonna go through the motions.

Huge! Wonder if the issues with "other DT's" was the cause of leaving and now coming back. Just speculation, but hey it's a message board.
And this year? He would've been behind Coe Irving and Cousin. Now two of those guys leave and he is suddenly back.
How would he have possibly been behind all of these guys when he was ahead of all of them last year??
I'm baffled but enlighten me.
Is there any chance at all Coe earns his way back? He was on the sidelines at the spring game.
I noticed that too, he was hanging out with the team like he was sitting out due to injury. Didnt know how to read into it.
Maybe the time off made him realize how much he missed the game. Plus he might have had remorse and felt he was letting his teammates down by not playing his senior year.
This is a huge boost. Because it gives us another starter back from last year. And he is a known quantity. Between Coe, Irving, and Jensen, my belief is that we got the best one of the three when it comes to work ethic and dependability and playing within the team concept.
This is the best news we could get. Period. Much better than signing another Juco DT.

Are you serious? How many 5th year seniors want to be 4th or 5th string at defensive tackle?
Cousin improved a ton and was going to overtake him and he is only a sophomore.
It's not a coincidence that this happened after Coe and Irving left. You'd have to be blind to not see that.
Don't think so, the team asked him to leave when they saw him there.
I was told when he left the team that a big part of the reason was that he and David Irving did not see eye to eye. Someone on the team told me that Brandon was tired of the way Irving was often disrespectful to the coaches, including Coach Bray. I have no idea if Irving's dismissal has anything to do with Brandon's return, but it very well could.
