I am totally willing to miss a family Xmas (by family I mean extended since my wife and step-daughter would go to the game) or just postpone it to a different weekend.
The majority of our fanbase isn't going to travel on Christmas at the last minute, for a million reasons.
If that doesn't hold you back, good for you. For most of the fanbase it's a choice between family, football, and increased travel cost. Football will lose for most people
Personally, I want to see us maintain our reputation as good travelers

Phoenix would be awesome but the date not so much. I am unsure if I could make that. Not going to have my whole family redo their Christmas plans so I can go to a bowl game.
If Gundy goes to TN would that raise, lower or do nothing to oSu status with bowl committee interest?
That's my question. Maybe that would make us more attractive since we won't be in turmoil.

That is where the band stayed in 2009. The staff couldn't figure out why we were walking around in shorts and t-shirts when it was 50 or 60 degrees.
It was probably the coolest place I've ever stayed. Hot tubs built into the side of the mountain.
Yup. Was the Angels spring training facility on the other side of the mountain when you were there?
The only one that would have a shot of being in play for us would be Liberty.

The Cyclones are 7-5 this year, with big wins against the Oklahoma Sooners and TCU Horned Frogs. They will finish fourth in the Big 12, and aren’t particularly good at anything. (They are ranked 17th in fewest penalties per game.)

Next to impossible. B1G and Big 12 only have one bowl against each other and it is the last pick Dallas Bowl. Neither team will fall that far.
