Big Ten skating the open records laws?

Not sure what to think of this. On the one hand I get it- but in same way these open record laws are in place for a reason.

Someone is going to have to sue them to get it, but I think it is likely they will be able to get that data. Then they will have a clear ruling that the data generated by public officials even on the Big 10 portal is subject to FOI laws.

You think these people weren't thinking politics with their decision making? My guess is that there are many smoking guns that they do not want revealed, because there are large donors from all over the political spectrum. Huge $$$ will quickly dry up if certain donors see what they are actually subsidizing.
