Thought for sure the kerosene lamp and paper strips everywhere were going to cause a fire and kill Chuck by his inability to leave without his space blanket.

Instead, he seems to be getting better, which should be interesting when it comes to dealing with Hamlin.

Not the best episode, but there's only two left, so they are clearly setting up something for the season finale.

I'm thinking HHH grabs the case out from under them and collects Saul's % of the settlement...they have proof since the legwork was billed under Chuck's HHH number.

I'll be interested to see just what Mike agrees to do and if they're hooking him up already with Gus.

I told my wife, it sucks we already know Saul doesn't win any major cases because of where he's practicing in Breaking Bad. Who knows, maybe he becomes successful and then something happens.

Nice catch. My guess is this is correct.

The only thing about the Gus/vet connection is Gus is too smart to let everyone and their brother know about what he does. I can't imagine Gus would be okay with a local vet tell random people what he does.

Space Blanket Chuck is a senior partner at HHH. Frosted Tips was pretty invested in seeing to it that Chuck didn't get well enough to return to the firm, so it will be interesting to see how that plays out, too.

Someone already mentioned this but they take a lot more time with individual scenes as compared to BB. My guess is because they only have 5 or 6 years of character time to create stories unless they want to overlap the beginning of BB. This can make it a bit boring for me at times but they do a wonderful job of connecting it all together.

That's what I was thinking too, they've developed the storyline of Hamlin being evil. I also think Chuck has more serious issues that possibly derail the case. No chance Jimmy sees any of the RICO money

I'm also trying to figure out just what trauma put Chuck over the edge. Some kind of terrible case...where a murderer went free, or his wife being killed (oh, come on, ya know the guy wasn't single when he was functioning).

Something.

Vince Gilligan, what a genius!

I fully anticipate we will only get that as the opening scene of whatever episode is Chuck's last one. It's the Gilligan way.

Yup, there's no way that HH&M doesn't grab this case from him, especially now that Chuck realizes that he's mentally stable. That's when Jimmy says **** it and becomes the Saul that we know and love.

This show has been amazing so far.

I don't think Jimmy turns into Saul until his brother is dead........if and when that happens. He tries to hard to make his brother proud of him.

I do agree that this case will definitely get taken from him and he'll probably get nothing for it.

We don't know for sure that Chuck dies. For all we know Chuck takes the winnings from the case and cashes out leaving Jimmy with his **** flapping in the wind. So Jimmy ditches the McGill name and goes solo.
