Yellow Jackets are pollinators but they are not endangered like honey bees are so I would pray and spray baby. Time to sack up.

I just realized this summer is the 10th anniversary of my incident. I want to thank everyone (especially @cowgirl836 ) for trying to save my life that fateful day. I can’t say I’m 10 years smarter but I can report I’ve not messed with a hive of yellow jackets ever again.
10 years on CF have certainly helped you....

Bump. Yellow jacket season.

Peeps started working on a remodel at my house today and the project manager pointed out a yellow jacket nest in the front yard right where she parked. Three feet from the curb and three feet into the neighbors yard so not sure how to deal with that. Did text him. Hope he hires someone to make the kill and doesn't mow over it.

Nice wildlife shot. Probably belongs in the birdwatching thread since we already have moths and moose in there.
