Bad Calls Compilation Video

I don't remember the play you're talking about.

Daxx Garman pass complete to Jhajuan Seales for 20 yds to the IowSt 27 for a 1ST down

OSU's 2nd field goal drive in the 2nd quarter. The receiver jumped to catch the ball. While in the air the ISU defender hit the ball causing it to come slightly loose. The two fall to the ground and the ball clearly moves as it hits the ground. Ruled a catch on the field, Rhoads was 10 feet away from it happening and challenged it.

Yes, I also thought he did not retain control, as it came loose by ground contact.

And Keith Langford's toe was over the line on that 3-point shot to force overtime. Should have been a 2. There were still 28 seconds left in regulation, but ISU should have still had the lead. I'm trying to find a pic but I'm being foiled.

Probably stuffed in the same evidence drawer as the Okie State last minutes of the first half highlights...

I'd have to see it I guess to be able to have an opinion one way or the other.

FOX TV "referee analyzer" guy immediately believed that the call on the field would stand (completed catch). He made reference to some rule affecting catch. (Yes, the TV replay did show the ball movement.)

Yeah, I disagreed with him since the ball moves a lot from the time it got there until he (and it) hit the ground, however I don't think it was clearly blown so probably shouldn't be included. They should all be plays where every viewer will watch and say "they got hosed on that one, too".

The thing about that one is it was on the opposite end of the spectrum for what is indisputable evidence from the TD play.

You guys got way off topic in this thread arguing calls/catches. (Who cares?!?) The point of this is thread is that it's a great video compilation and let's come up with more "bad calls" against us so the guy who made it in the first place can add and make it even better.

1) Add the foul in the KU basketball game where Whithey fouls out, but called on other guy with different skin color. Whithey continues to go over everyone's backs to tip balls in and gets to play in OT.
2) Add the picking up the flag of PI in the Iowa football game after it was announced it was PI to the crowd, they move the chains, call first down for ISU only to have the guy from the endzone come running up to "Pick up the flag" as it didn't occur beyond line of scrimmage
3) Fist pumping ref...(I'd love some reference on what year this happened as I don't recall. Anyone got a video?)
4) Baylor WR running out of bounds (8-10 yards), comes back in to catch it. Ruled a catch
5) Seneca Wallace vs. FSU game. Robbed!
6) Any fouls called on Georges Niang where feet are planted and hands straight up in the air and no body contact (You should be able to find at least 60 of those)
7) Aaron Craft OSU basketball game. First they screwed up the blocking/charge foul and then when Craft hit the 3 pointer to take the lead, the whole OSU bench ran out on the court while we still had 4-5 seconds. When the bench runs on the court, it's supposed to be a technical foul. No call by the refs...but watch the reaction of the coaches who tried to get everyone back on the bench...they knew they got away with a "no call" there.
8) Video of Pollard's speech talking about bad officiating to put everything into perspective

My last suggestion is to add the following music in the background: Nirvana's "Rape Me" do it and do it again......

Don't forget this one... the officials blew this call, then they corrected it, and then tried to slip one past CPR by ruling a clearly incomplete pass as a completion so that ISU would lose about 10 yards on the play anyway.

Unfortunately CPR knew what was going on and blew that plan out of the water... so the officials had to reverse course again and fix the call. You can't make this stuff up.

You guys should leave the Big 12.

Add the TCU game from last year. The TCU receiver was ruled ineligible because he ran out of bounds and came back in. The refs reviewed it and ruled that the ISU defender forced the receiver out of bounds, therefore, he was eligible after all.

Good one rev. Only thing is the receiver didn't catch the ball, he trapped it. And if i remember right he didn't come back in bounds. I thought he actually trapped it out of bounds. Would love to see that clip.
