Assistant Coaches

Because people like Chris Williams are close with the staff and friends with him. They’re heart wanted him, even though he would have been an awful hire.
I wouldn't say awful. I would say very risky. Who knows what he could have done, but with no track record to go on, it was a bridge too far in replacing someone like Campbell.

I believe DC and OC are known and good hires. Next biggest priority is OL and strength. Any ideas on which way Rogers will go there?

Interesting long read for the geeks out there, sounds like he likes to keep secrets, probably the one thing that annoyed me about Matt is that they let everyone in to study their novel 3-3-5, like why lol. Then they told everyone they were going after multi sport athletes.
Gotta grease the wheels, never know when you'll be the one looking for a job.

Name that I have heard mentioned is Luke Meadows (OL coach at Northern Illinois).
Sounds about right:

Meadows had a stint as OL coach in the Big 12 already, at KU in 2019 under Miles.
