I wouldn't say awful. I would say very risky. Who knows what he could have done, but with no track record to go on, it was a bridge too far in replacing someone like Campbell.

I would bet that a lot of the defensive staff will come from WSU with him based on his presser comments.
Heard Ryan Olson might be a possibility as OL coach. Former GA at ISU under Rhoads.
Looking forward to seeing who is the o-line coach. This last year was the best I can remember. Will miss Clanton.

I think it's what Campbell and many other places call a director of football operations
