Arkansas State fan here

I don't like how ISU got dropped in the espn power rankings. Apparently ESPN doesnt think well of Arkansas State, but the voters sure thought it was a good win. They know we are tough at home.

The FPI is a joke. Its closer to a brand ranking than a power ranking.

Ive said in other threads that being in the B1G or SEC gets you bonus points, and id be more surprised if it wasnt true than if it was.

Just a quick note. Thank you to ISU for coming to Jonesboro. You probably could have bought out the game or enticed us to move it to another location, as Missouri tried to do. It's rare to get a P5 to come to a G5 and it is not unappreciated, I promise. That is why I will pull for ISU the rest of the year and will watch every game and be a cheerleader!

I was at the game, and was impressed with how welcoming the ASU fans were. There were a couple of immature students who were an exception. I imagine they were just trying to impress their girlfriends. Even in that instance though, some adult ASU fans told them politely to tone it down (after they had gotten up in the face of a 70ish ISU fan when ASU had all the momentum). Walking out of the stadium after the game everyone was incredibly polite and talking about what a great game it was and thanking us for coming to Jonesboro.
