Is anyone going to the game in Tulsa? I'm meeting some college buddies there and plan on tailgating, but I haven't been able to find much info on tailgating there. Anybody know anything about tailgating in Tulsa?

I'm going. I haven't found any info at all about visitor parking. I'll look around some more but if not I'll just wing it.
Yeah, i had a good chance of going if itd been a saturday, but thursday put that on the rocks, and our suckage makes it a definite no.
My dad is heading down and taking a few down with him. I would be going if I didnt have classes both Thursday and Friday. Both of which have tests those days...
Had thought about going to this one before the season started.....glad I didn't buy tickets or make any reservations. Even gave it a chance after UNI if we would have come out with a solid game against Iowa. Couldn't even get that done. Ah well.
I'm heading down in a group....don't know how many but do know that there's a bus full of us going. :yes:
I've spent a lot of time on the Tulsa campus (cousin went there). There isn't a ton of parking around the stadium, but tailgating isn't a huge deal. The stadium is right on a major street, and finding a parking spot shouldn't be that hard. I'm guessing most of the tailgating occurs in the parking lots between the stadium and basketball arena.
Make sure you hit up Don Francisco's just east of the stadium for some awesome cheap late-night Mexican food. They have all the delicious, weird meats like lengua, cabeza, tripe, etc, so you know it's legit.

The wife and I will be making the trip to Tulsa via South/Central Texas. Looking forward to the Cyclones notching their first W of the season.
