It occurred in July they weee suspended in August so I think it is a Penn St issue, I know lawyers are going to be lining up to shove it’s a recurring Penn St issue.
That’s a pretty quick turnaround time for events like this, also lawyers will line up for anything that can get them a payday or recognition.

This isn’t filming yourself having sex so much as filming yourself degrading, assaulting, and dehumanizing a female. Seems to be all the rage with Diddy and that guy that drugged his wife and had a bunch of guys rape her.
It’s also much more common with younger generations in general even if it doesn’t have the vibe you’re describing.

As far as a younger generation thing, I’d imagine it having to do with easy access to a camera and generations now growing up with access to porn. It’s now normalized rather than something you have to go into the back room of the video store to get. So since you watch it, you then want to act it out over and over again.

They are in all of the prisons. If they have already taken sex offender treatment or refuse to take it or Newton is too crowded, they are somewhere else. Some of them plead to a different crime and DOC has to determine if they are required to take treatment to get earned time. The pedophiles might have a harder time in other facilities. They used to at Newton when treatment was elsewhere, I think it was at Mt. Pleasant before.
