Many people on this board have close associations with people at Iowa State University so it is only natural for information to migrate out along multiple sources resulting in many people knowing the same information. I think it is unfair to assume that just because information is provided and "You" can't find it on any free sites, that it has automatically been taken from another premium site. The Cyclone community can be quite small at times so don't rush to judgement on people who are contributing to free message boards and discussions about Cyclone sports. Premium sites are clearly not the only source of Cyclone information and we all need to quit thinking like that. This type of post only discourages other Cyclone fans from posting what they hear for fear of being accused of various acts of immorality by other posters. Seriously, the free exchange of Cyclone information is what will make Cyclone sports interesting and accessible to a wider potential fanbase.

So, if someone doesn't lock their door in your opinion its okay to go in and steal their stuff?
Most of the information posted on premium sites comes from phone calls with recruits or their coaches, NOT contacts that work for a PUBLIC UNIVERSITY. It would be against NCAA rules for a college coach to name and discuss an individual recruit with a site like CN or CR prior to their signing a LOI.
