That may turn out to be true but I can’t believe it is decided already. It is too big of a decision t on think they’d move that fast. It will be a highly desired job. They’d have interest from people not even named. I’m sure they’ll take some time to talk with a few candidates.

Then again, what the hell do I know?

Pollard has often talked about always having a shortlist at the ready. I doubt he's alone in that.

According to the video Urb like them on his organ.

oldie but a goodie......still makes me laugh.
The vid makes me think of Georgie Poorgie more than anything.....some nursery rhyme book I had as a kid with Georgie sticking his thumb in a pie. Or was that the Little Dutch Boy?

No, if that were the case he'd find some kind of dodge or squishy answer. He took the question head on and refuted the charge in very specific terms.

And besides, even if it were true that he wanted an easier road to the playoff, is that supposed to be a bad thing?
A dodgy answer likely leads to follow-up questions and continues the talking point for even longer. A direct answer that doesn't rile anyone up is the quickest way for him to move on, even if it's not true.

And no, it's not a bad thing. Didn't say it was.

The ND decision will come down to-- "Can he bring us a title?"
Not saying Matt can't, but IMO, the Irish boosters will make a run at Fickell and Meyer first.
Titles are not won in SEPTEMBER, but they can be lost!

I don't remember which thread had it, but somewhere somebody indicated Kelly had been told by ND he'd be given 3 more years and if he hadn't won a natty by then he'd need to step aside? Where did that come from?

The move makes perfect sense from that standpoint. Especially with all the huge money being thrown around.

Maybe it means they know who they want to be coach next, and I am sure ND has a different list than JP would.

Poor 'ol Urb banking a million a month and banging girls younger than his daughter. Oh the stress of it all!

USC pulls Riley and LSU gets Kelly. How much did UT boosters **** things up to end up with a twice failed HC?

I hope they fire Sark and get in on this off-season.

And if Kelly is getting that much, Saban at $20 million/year is a bargain

Seems to me like you can’t wait around too long in this environment. Coaches are jumping before they are even eliminated form playoff contention. It’s musical chairs.

Yes.

…he also killed a kid at ND…must be on the run now.
With limitless love too. And by the way, thanks for busting your a** this year so I could make serious bank and secure hookers and blow for life. 20211129_225913.jpg
