I’m pissed our seats are in sec 224 and I ordered them the minute we could and we are gold level donors and have been season ticket holders for 7 years..... what the heck I just as well saved my donation and bought tickets from some other source there.

Did you even look at the seating chart before ordering? What don't you like about your placement? If you wanted sidelines, should have chosen the $80 level. Don't ***** about your placement if you chose a dollar level that could have placed you there.

When you ordered didn't matter at all. The dollar level you wanted and order in the pecking order determined where your placement was. It's really that simple. If more people higher on the pole than you wanted that section, it pushes you down. This is the best bowl ISU has been to. Of course there was going to be super high demand.

And having season tickets for 7 years isn't **** in the grand scheme of things.

Friendly reminder that it does not matter when you placed your order as long as you ordered during the 3 day open period. Tickets are assigned based on accrued donation points not when you placed your order.

I followed the link from the email from the Cyclone club and I requested the $135 seats.

Did a chat today with a stubhub rep. They said they contacted seller and he doesn't have them yet. According to my order they have till the 26 but I would like to know I have my tickets sooner than the day before I get ready to fly down. This is really unbelievable. Everything is being sent / transferred digitally. Find it hard to believe seller has yet to receive his digitally sent tickets yet.

If it's all digital, there's really not much to worry about. If they do fall through, you'll get your money back and can buy one down there. It'll all work out.

Are his tickets digital or are yours just going to be digital?

And many higher donors ordered above you. I say this at a somewhat higher donor level who gets your frustration and orders some through ISU (to support the program) and secondary for my wife and I.

Is that a no, you didnt bother to look at the seating chart before ordering?
There was no seating chart you put in how many tickets you wanted at what level and that was it. I put in 4 at the $135 level .

I looked at the seating chart before our order was placed that same evening the bowl was announced. That way, we picked the level with sections we wanted to sit in. Instead of being pissed at your placement, take it as a learning experience that you should do your due diligence next time. It's not the AD's or school's fault where you are in the priority line.

It's stubhub so I sure it's all digital. I don't think stubhub even does physical tickets anymore.

My Alamo tickets from Stubhub were hard copy because I want to keep them as a souvenir. But like when I sold my Chiefs tickets a few days before the game I entered the code on the back of my physical tickets and they gave somebody else digital tickets.

Yeah I did the same ...... you could only pick the seating level from that you didn’t get to pick an actual seat. So what do you suggest I do different. There was zero selecting the section or seat just a simple how many tickets you want and what pricing level according to the seating chart. We picked the lower seats at that price level. Did you order from the Cyclone club part of the ticket ordering ?

Agree with 06. I know it's frustrating, but you really shouldn't worry about it. (Easier said than done, I know)

If they fall through for whatever reason shoot me a PM on the 27th and I'll get you a ticket.

So are you pissed you got club level instead of lower level? You picked a section that was primarily in the endzone. Unless you really thought "when" you ordered mattered, you were going to be endzone no matter what. Here is the chart for reference.

We went through the cyclone club and selected the $80 tickets because we like to sit in the upper deck and wanted to be on the sideline. Next time I suggest thinking worst case. If you don't want to sit in the endzone, don't select a price point that is primarily endzone.
