My brother requested sideline even if they were higher up because his wife has a problem following the ball from the end zone. So of course they placed us in 122.

Guessing you had to be at a certain donor level to get sideline seats even if they are in the upper deck. If I recall I think most of ISU's allotment were in the corners and the endzone.

I ordered the first night and have no donor level. I was able to request upper-deck sideline seats at the $80 level. Corner and sideline seats were listed for $125.

So even if someone requested balcony...if say a higher donor requested balcony seating...their seats would be assigned first. All tickets ticket location assignments are not on date ordered, they are based on donation level. To make things more challenging the ISU sections (as with all bowls are not the best). Personally, we bought both through ISU and on secondary (I say this being above Gold level).
