Several years ago in Iowa City I had vodka and orange pop for early morning tailgating, I determined that I don't enjoy drinking vodka and orange pop in large quantities early in the morning. I may have to try some baileys and hot chocolate tomorrow though instead of only beer.
Lemonade. It looks like Ecto Cooler Koolaid. One time I drank a liter of raspberry vodka and lemonade and fell into the Red River up in North Dakota.
First I would take your "Absolute" back to the store, and get the real thing "ABSOLUT", it won't give you quite as bad of a hang over!!
I may have to try this some time soon. My vodka is usually mixed with vermouth and a splash of olive juice. :yes:
My general philosophy of drinking is to get the maximum amount of alcohol down without tasting the alcohol. I've drank a lot of beer in my life, but never enjoyed it one time and have more or less given up on it. That was all a precursor to say that I drink a lot of rasberry stoli and cranberry juice, and I imagine it would be more or less the same with absolut. Good drink.
Stoli burns to drink straight, which is the only way to drink Vodka. Absolute and grey goose are much smoother depending on how much you want to spend. I prefer it cold, so I usually shake it with ice and strain.
gotta love a woman who ain't afraid of a shot of tequila! And pickle juice, how cool is that! :yes:
I used to drink Absolut Limon with Sunkist lemonade in a can... Seems like a lifetime ago though.
