Including Green Bay?Heard interesting take today during the draft. Not as many teams looking for QBs. Fewer team don't have their future in place.
How do you figure??? People like Mitch trubiskey, cristian ponder, Brandon weeden, etc get drafted every day.Purdy is a very good college QB, but the NFL cares more about physical traits at QB than they do statistical production. Purdy is small and has poor arm strength for an NFL quarterback. That’s not going to change. There is zero chance that a QB with Purdy’s measurables and physical profile goes in the top ten, or even in the first round. That’s a good thing for Iowa State, as it means you should have at least two more years of winning a minimum of 7 or 8 games.
I wouldn’t complain if they crashed and burned for the next 10-20 years. They think so. Time will tell.

Like are all Iowa fans just born to be douche bags. you would think with all of their success and draft picks you would have won all those win National Championships and Big 10 championships.Purdy is a very good college QB, but the NFL cares more about physical traits at QB than they do statistical production. Huh. I was glancing at 247’s early ‘21 Draft Preview, and was pleased to see that they had Brock as a potential choice.
Then I ran across the below. I know it’s way early and this is a hodge podge of guesswork, but at #10 overall he wouldn’t stick around for his senior year, folks.
