3-4 & 1-1??

Thats what I'm thinking, what do you guys think?

Go 3-4 to close out the regular season with wins over A&M, Tech, & Oklahoma, and losses to Baylor twice, Missouri, and Kansas State..

Then go 1-1 in the Big 12 tournament to finish the season at 21-12.. Is that good enough to get us in?

I think we are a massive bubble team at best, and look for us to be a 12-13 seed. What do you guys think?
 
We'll beat Baylor at home and all will be well. If not, I agree with you.
 
Win 4 more games (including the tourney) and I think we would end up an 11 or 12 seed and maybe even end up playing in one of the First Four games.

Win 3 or fewer and no big dance for us. Win 5 or more and I won't be nervous on Selection Sunday.

Like some other people here, I kind of prefer an 11 seed. If we win that first round game we would likely get to face a very good but not elite team in the second round and anything could happen. Making the Sweet 16 this year would be a huge achievement.
 
Need to get 3 wins out of next 4 games. Then need at least 1 out of last 3 at very minimum. 21 and 10 going into the big12 tourney. Get 1 game in big 12 tourney and can end at 22 and 11 and hope for the best.
 
we are fine in comparison to about 25 other bubble teams. the bar is not as high as many fans think.
 
Not sure why so many are predicting a missouri win at missouri when they beat us at home and we played a good game against them

Uhh no we didnt. We played very mediocre and couldn't rebound or defend a marginal role player in Steven Moore. Our post defense is a lot better now. I think we have a great chance to compete in Columbia.

If that happens, then yes that is a bubble team. But I think they get in absent some big upsets in conference tournaments.

I also do not think we can automatically label the next 3 home games as wins. A&M is playing much better now, and they get Harris and Middleton back this Saturday it looks like. OU won at K-state. And even Tech played pretty well at Mizzou.

The other games look very tough, but you also can't count ISU out of any game with their 3 point shooting. We should probably just sit back and enjoy how it plays out; plus show up at Hilton and make a ton of noise.

Reminds me of line from MST3K theme song: "Just repeat to yourself, it's just a show, I should really just relax."
 
I would say we win the four home games, and yes that includes Baylor. And sneak one out on the road. My guess is Missouri, I think we will have a little better game plan against them this time.
