30's - 0 top 4 rounds
40's - 0
50's - 0
60's - 3
70's - 6
80's - 2
90's - 3
00's - 4
10's - 3
20's up to '24 - 6

2025 alone - 4

(now to be a little fair, there was only like 8 teams in the 30s but let's not get into the weeds on details)
Another way to look at it, since # of teams and # of rounds have changed over the years, use overall pick position. This is first year since I think mid-'60s that ISU had 3 or more chosen in top 100.

Do you believe he resurrected CU FB enough to have his jersey retired?

If AI is correct I'd say....no

Since Deion Sanders became the coach of the Colorado Buffaloes, one player has been drafted into the NFL:

Shedeur Sanders was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the 5th round of the 2025 NFL Draft as the 144th overall pick.
Additionally, Shilo Sanders signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent after the 2025 NFL Draft. While not a drafted player, he will also be joining the NFL after playing under Coach Sanders at Colorado

Umm…just like everyone else? You’re looking at it one dimensionally.

Having a kid jump to a P4 school for NIL not only gives credibility for HS recruiting, they get drop downs from higher level schools.
I always appreciate when people decide to be an ass, and laugh at a reasonable post.

Just one example? Appy State lost their QB, Joey Aguilar—now at Tennessee. JJ Kohl dropped down.

Duh.

I thought it was obvious.

The point wasn’t whether or not he deserved his jersey retired. It was to keep his pappy happy.

Did Hunter Dekkers ultimately sign somewhere as a UDFA? He was focusing on the NFL draft when taking a shot at the UFL was maybe a clearer path for himself.

Travis? Who else?

I don't see Iowa St getting 4 drafted again next year. Cooper, Dom.... Travis?
I think that with a good season, Dom can definitely be a first rounder. If he plays the same as he did last year he’s still a day 2 pick. After that it gets questionable. Guys like Cooper, Miller, Neal have a chance. They would have to have a good season and then hopefully make the senior bowl and get a combine invite. Other than that, it would be guys like Brahmer declaring a year early.

49ers drafted nothing for the Offense. Rolling the dice with Trent Williams health. And CMC. The DL has a good foundation. Stopping the run hopefully happens

I know their defense struggled, but to me it’s stupid to not draft some OL help. If they are going to invest that much in Purdy, it seems like just common sense that you’d want to keep him healthy.
