As easy as it is to be cynical in the NIL world you watch something like this and reappreciate all the hard work these guys do.
It's fun to get to see them reach their goals .

Good luck to all of them this upcoming season

Unless Shaduer is a complete unrepentant ******* I hope he proves the NFL establishment is wrong about him. Kid was fun to watch in college and definitely had a lot to do with the resurrection of CU football.

Do you believe he resurrected CU FB enough to have his jersey retired?

This year's draft is crazy. Most of the picks are from power conferences. Very few from the MAC, Mountain West, or non-FBS schools. Usually there are a good amount of them drafted. And there are some really good ones, especially at DB.
Could that be because their sophomore/junior season they get NILd to the power conferences?
That would be my guess.

That may be better than most decades.
30's - 0 top 4 rounds
40's - 0
50's - 0
60's - 3
70's - 6
80's - 2
90's - 3
00's - 4
10's - 3
20's up to '24 - 6

2025 alone - 4

(now to be a little fair, there was only like 8 teams in the 30s but let's not get into the weeds on details)

Given their QB health history, I'm sure they want 3 QBs they can trust. I'm really surprised they haven't taken any olinemen yet.
If I’m Brock I tell my agent to get a couple of extra million added to the deal because of this ********. He’s been seriously injured with that line which cost them a chance at a Super Bowl and the next year the line did cost them the Super Bowl. Management doesn’t give two ***** apparently.

49ers drafted nothing for the Offense. Rolling the dice with Trent Williams health. And CMC. The DL has a good foundation. Stopping the run hopefully happens

Really excited for Higgins and Noel, they can both make an immediate impact on that team that's already a playoff team.

Does anyone know if they cut ties with Robert Woods? I know they were disappointed in Metchies production and Dell is out for 2025 so I'm just wondering if there's room for all 3 ISU guys.

If he's healthy he is the offensive line.
He’s going to be 37 when the season starts. That’s one hell of a big if. But I’m not sure what they can really do. It’s a roster full of old expensive injured guys plus other holes. They really had to plug some holes on D and just hope these guys stay healthy, BA is back to 100% and Pearsall and others improve.

To be fair that D was leaky last year. Couldn’t get off the field on 3rd down

Edit: they were 25th in opponent 3rd down conversion percentage

…how can these MWC and lower level schools ever hope to find a decent team from one season to another.
Umm…just like everyone else? You’re looking at it one dimensionally.

Having a kid jump to a P4 school for NIL not only gives credibility for HS recruiting, they get drop downs from higher level schools.
