Interestingly, the Browns were one of the hypothetical teams being discussed when Deion mentioned the potential demand for a trade if the "fit" wasn't right.

So that's an interesting dynamic.

They already had a rookie QB coming in, and it isn't like there's a bunch of reps for two of them. Maybe they drafted him, just to trade him later for playing games with the process!

I really like Gabriel. He seems a little like Purdy. A bit undersized, not a huge arm, accurate, lots of experience, and a winner everywhere he's been. Sanders seems to be the opposite, getting by strictly on athletic ability. All 5 of their QBs offer something a little different, if they could combine them all into 1 they'd be on to something.
Cleveland drafted both a high floor and a high ceiling. See how they do with practice and being a professional and see who sticks. I know who my money would be on, but not a bad value pick for Cleveland. If either of them hits they won't care that they missed on the other. In a draft with no sure thing starter at QB it's probably not a bad use of a 5th round pick to hedge.

Looks like another year of Brock running for his life while the o-line does absolutely nothing.
Kinda what I was thinkin. They must feel good about getting healthy on the OL. Brock can improvise, but that's where he ends up making his worst mistakes. He's a great QB with a clean pocket.

Sounds like the Shedeur interview with the Giants was interesting. Called out for not being prepared and then getting upset bc you were called out for not being prepared is a bad look. Sounds like he doubled down on his arrogance and it backfired.
The Giants front office and Brian Daboll have looked unprepared for years so I'm not sure what difference it makes.
