Until they reseat Hilton, isn’t the actual perk that Directors can buy 8 tickets? I thought you couldn’t kick existing seat holders out of those seats until they don’t meet the donation requirements.
Yeah there are still Director Level donors who have some of their 8 up top. Most are all down low though.

I would love to see the financials as it relates to hosting 7 football games and paying a team to come in versus 6 and traveling somewhere.

Agree, and I think one can't be surprised that prices and such would increase following an 11-win season.
I'll agree with you there, if you can agree that prices should come down after a 2-8 season. Not that I ever expect either a 2-8 season, or prices to drop.

Duh!
The ballooning budget numbers would say they haven't
Cancelling the Wrestling facility comes to mind. I am sure there are others. Do you have YOY budget numbers for the AD? $22MM for players and extensions for CMC and TJ fueling most of this…what’s the alternative?

I stand corrected, the initial post I saw said 8, but for directors you get 12. So again, no additional benefit as KSU.

You still are claiming ISU gets additional benefits for the high price than at KSU. I have only found similar benefits if not less, for much higher prices at ISU.

If you have some proof that KSU gets significantly less benefits for their significantly less prices, for any sport, please share. As far as I have found their prices are significantly less, but their benefits at their donor levels are very similar.

Im not arguing that KSts benefits are better, I am arguing that they are similar, for cheaper.

I have said 5 times now you only get 4 premium MBB tickets for Kansas State vs 8 at Iowa State haha.

This is just another form of inflation everyone complains about around all other forms in their life, added on top of those. Are we so confident people won't scoff at these increases for a few football games?

Sporting events is a pretty easy thing to cut from the family budget.
Do you plan to stop donating and drop your season tickets?

So far we have been compared to one school. Apparently we are amongst the highest in our conference according to some posters. Provide data, please.

Proof?
What you "heard" is not proof.

Because I have found nothing that says they are limited to 4.

You still have to pay for those 8 tickets too, at a higher price.

I mean we’ve routinely been made fun of for years about how cheap our football season tickets are when figuring in donations and now we’re amongst the highest out there. Haha what a turnaround!

And blanket-raising prices was the best and only solution they came up with?

Look, I get it, this is the way of the world of CFB now...but we are not a fanbase stacked with rich people. If we already were, we wouldn't be having the problem. Pricing out the little guys is a dangerous game when we're primarily built on little guys.
Time for more little guys to step up and help the current ones. I‘m fine with having the discussion and questioning the AD‘s decision but Cyclones Nation’s support of the AD also has to be a part of this conversation. The FB team won 11 games, in the greatest era in program history, the MBB is top 5, etc.. What will it take for more fan/alumni to to step up? The 6500 donors can’t do it on their own.

I do not care at all if you believe me. You’ve scoured the internet and can’t prove me wrong so I’ll go with that.

And yes you have to pay for lowers in Hilton and could get your money back on them selling two conference games.

How many donors does KSU have versus ISU? I don’t know. Again, we keep asking more from the plateaued 6500 donors. Is it a case where they have more, so can charge less or offer more?

Heres a second to give you a start (yes i know the map is old, but its the only one I have found with donor levels, you have to cross ref that with the current donor levels in the next pic)

I mean KSU has a much smaller number of students. I have been told that the size of the school directly relates to the alumni, which directly relates to the size of the fanbase. So if those that claim that are correct, we obviously have more.

Personally, I dont think the size of the school or students relates but this was the claim for Texas schools not having the fans outside of UT and aTm.

Irrelevant post u just made. If u had proof to back up your statements that we are higher than most (not sure what that even means) you should copy and paste it. Why wouldn't u?
