NBA: *** 2025-26 NBA Thread ***

Couple questions for the guys that follow more closely than me. How do I tell when Ernie and the crew are actually on now? Are they still going to call it Inside the NBA and keep it on Tuesdays or is that still being figured out?

Also who do we have in the league this year? I know someone has a spreadsheet of this
Hali is out
Niang is in Utah
Monte is currently unsigned right? Any predictions where he ends up?
THT is unsigned
Wigginton was with the Bucks two years ago, looks like he might be done?
Brockington - Did he get some type of deal with the Pelicans again after his injury?
Curtis - 2 way deal with the Nuggets right?
Gilbert - Was he on a training camp deal with Philadelphia?

I’ve only checked box scores but CuJo has looked productive in his preseason spot minutes. 11 points in 11 minutes last game.

Has Monte been hurt, I haven’t seen him in the Indy box scores yet.

I would not have guessed it the day we signed Foster and Iowa picked up the Murray kids. But he is a fit in the NBA.

Sounds like the Kings are signing Westbrook this week.

Yep, they are. Less number of guys you have to pay and NBA has big tv contracts.
100%. And I think the marketability of basketball plays a big part. It’s a global game. And you can see their faces. They aren’t covered by helmets. NBA players are each their own brand.

He's a high floor guy who rebounds as effortlessly as he did in college and at times has been really lethal from 3. Doesn't have the athleticism to be that next all star level but if healthy will play and produce for a really long time. Doesn't seem to create any team/locker room drama which can be huge for a guy you pencil in as your typically 3rd best player.
